We the Beast
“And I saw one of his heads as if it had been mortally wounded, and HIS DEADLY WOUND WAS HEALED. And all the world marveled and followed the beast.” (Revelation 13:3)
THE “BEAST” OF MAN:
"Nevertheless man being in honor abides not [does not endure]: he is LIKE THE BEASTS that perish" and he “…is LIKE THE BEASTS that perish.” (Ps. 49:12, 20) "One of themselves, even a prophet of their own, said, The Cretians are always liars, EVIL BEASTS, slow bellies [lazy gluttons]. This witness is true." (Titus 1:12-13) "But these, as NATURAL BRUTE BEASTS, made to be taken and destroyed, speak evil of the things that they understand not; and shall utterly perish in their own corruption." (2 Pet. 2:12) "So foolish was I, and ignorant: I was as A BEAST before thee." (Psalm 73:22) "But these speak evil of those things which they know not: but what they know naturally, AS BRUTE BEASTS, in those things they corrupt themselves" (Jude 10).
"I said in mine heart concerning the estate of the sons of men, that God might manifest them, and that they might see that THEY THEMSELVES ARE BEASTS." (Ecclesiastes 3:18)
THE FALLING AWAY: THE MAN OF SIN/THE BEAST REVEALED… [brackets mine]
"…day of Christ… shall not come [to US] except there come a FALLING AWAY FIRST…" (II Thes. 2:1-2)
“who OPPOSES and EXALTS HIMSELF ABOVE ALL THAT IS CALLED GOD or that is worshiped, so that HE SITS AS GOD IN THE TEMPLE OF GOD, showing himself that he is God.” (2 Thessalonians 2:4)
Who does this? WE DO. We exalt ourselves as God with our damnable doctrine of “FREE” will. It is our most precious IDOL OF THE HEART.
And Satan "…DECEIVED THE WHOLE WORLD…" (Rev. 12:9)
“…he sits as God in the temple of God…” (2 Thessalonians 2:4)
This is NOT a literal Temple. It is a Spiritual Temple:
"Know ye not that YE ARE THE TEMPLE OF GOD, and that THE SPIRIT OF GOD DWELLS IN YOU?" (I Cor. 3:16) "If any man defile the TEMPLE OF GOD, him shall God destroy; for the THE TEMPLE OF GOD is holy, which temple YE ARE." (I Cor. 3:17) "What? Know ye not that YOUR BODY IS THE TEMPLE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?” (I Cor. 6:19)
IDOLS OF THE HEART:
"And what agreement has the TEMPLE OF GOD WITH IDOLS? For YE ARE THE TEMPLE OF THE LIVING GOD: as God has said, I will dwell IN them, and walk IN them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people." (II Cor. 6:16)
"…and how ye turned to God from idols to serve the Living and True God; And to wait for His Son from heaven, Whom He raised from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come." (I Thes. 1:9b-10)
The “Man of Sin” is NOT “1” person, revealed “1” time at the end of “1” age:
“and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because THEY did not receive the love of the truth, that THEY might be saved. And for this reason God will send THEM strong delusion, that THEY should believe the lie, that THEY all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.” (2 Thessalonians 2:10-12)
The BEAST is found INSIDE ALL MANKIND
“So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world…” (Revelation 12:9)
Standing on the foundation of ruins – House of Sand – we “see” our BEAST:
“Then I STOOD ON THE SAND OF THE SEA. AND I SAW A BEAST rising up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and on his horns ten crowns, and on his heads a blasphemous name.” (Rev 13:1)
We are a culmination of ALL the beasts of Daniel. Their “great authority” given by the dragon [Satan] is their beloved “FREE” will.
“Now THE BEAST which I saw was LIKE A LEOPARD, his feet were like the FEET OF A BEAR, and his mouth like the MOUTH OF A LION. The dragon gave him his power, his throne, and great authority.” (Rev 13:2)
“…his power, his throne, and great authority.” (Rev 13:2)
The BEAST was “wounded” by the Sword of the Spirit, the Word of God. However, it did not last long. Soon the BEAST was revived:
“And I saw one of his heads as if it had been mortally wounded, and HIS DEADLY WOUND WAS HEALED. And all the world marveled and followed the beast.” (Rev 13:3)
“So they worshiped the dragon who gave authority to the beast; and they worshiped the beast, saying, ‘Who is like the beast? Who is able to make war with him?’” (Rev 13:4)
“And he was given a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies, and he was given authority to continue for forty-two months. Then he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme His name, His tabernacle, and those who dwell in heaven.” (Rev 13:5-6)
“It was granted to him TO MAKE WAR WITH THE SAINTS AND TO OVERCOME THEM. And authority was given him OVER EVERY TRIBE, TONGUE, AND NATION. All who dwell on the earth will worship him, whose names have not been written in the Book of Life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.” (Rev 13:7-8)
Now… from the BEAST OF THE SEA to the BEAST OF THE EARTH and back to the BEAST of the SEA through its IMAGE…
“Then I saw another beast coming up out of the earth, and he had two horns like a lamb and spoke like a dragon.” (Rev 13:11)
This BEAST “of the earth” looks like a lamb on the OUTSIDE but we know its heart is NOT right because it SPEAKS like a dragon and…
“You brood of vipers, how can you who are evil say anything good? For OUT OF THE OVERFLOW OF THE HEART THE MOUTH SPEAKS.” (Matthew 12:34)
“But THE THINGS THAT COME OUT OF THE MOUTH COME FROM THE HEART, and these make a man 'unclean.'” (Matthew 15:18)
IMAGE OF THE BEAST
Having a form of Godliness [on the outside]…
“And deceiveth THEM THAT DWELL ON THE EARTH [having a ‘form’ of Godliness] by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, THAT THEY SHOULD MAKE AN IMAGE [in their mind – from the heart] TO THE BEAST, which had the wound by a sword [Sword of the Spirit – The Word of God], and did live.” (Rev 13:14)
“For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God…” (2 Timothy 3:2-4)
“Having a form of godliness, but denying the power [they believe they are in control - 'free will'] thereof: from such turn away.”
(2 Timothy 3:5)
The IMAGE of the BEAST is ‘pornography’ [of the heart]:
“For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts…” (2 Timothy 3:6)
“Ever learning [in church - in The Word], and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.” (2 Timothy 3:7)
These are religious/righteous hypocrites. They see the same things [spiritually – from the heart – in their mind - IMAGES] that “sinners [of the world… ‘of the sea’] SEE [physically] ! They “see” it FROM THEIR HEART. They see and “do” the same things. They/We are guilty of the same things. This is the IMAGE of the BEAST… the very images of our heart.
It is this BEAST [the “earthy” BEAST] who “…CAUSES THE EARTH and those who dwell in it to worship the first beast…” The Earthy [somewhat spiritual – higher than the “sea” – 'form of godliness'] BEAST is “causing” the people [of the “earth” – 'form of godliness'] to worship the first beast [the BEAST of the sea]! How? – through its image! They/We are guilty of the same things for which they/we judge the world! How is the “earthy” made to worship the first [of the sea] BEAST? – FROM THE HEART! The NEW Covenant is that OF THE HEART!! Most live under the Law with all our “HELL” doctrines – they/we “do” on the outside [to avoid hell] with a plethora of “wrongs” on the “inside!” After all, if there is no “hell” we can do whatever we want, right? Translated… If they/we could “get away” with sin that is EXACTLY what they/we would do. This is the “heart” of the “mainstream” monster.
“…Now you Pharisees make the outside of the cup and dish clean, BUT YOUR INWARD PART IS FULL OF GREED AND WICKEDNESS.” (Luke 11:39)
“Judge not, that you be not judged. For with what judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with the measure you use, it will be measured back to you. And why do you look at the speck in your brother’s eye, but do not consider the plank in your own eye…” (Matthew 7:1-3)
“Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, HAVE WE NOT PROPHESIED in Your name, CAST OUT DEMONS in Your name, AND DONE MANY WONDERS IN YOUR NAME?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I NEVER KNEW YOU; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’” (Matthew 7:22-23)
“For if, after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled in them and overcome, the latter end is worse for them than the beginning.” (2 Peter 2:20)
The BEAST of the “sea” – found in those who simply worship the BEAST without the knowledge of God – but then… “converted?” …back into the world we go… back to the BEAST – but this time it is the BEAST of the “earth” … the BEAST of the “sea” is worshipped IN THE HEART through its “image (s)” of the mind.
“And he exercises all the authority of the first beast in his presence, and CAUSES THE EARTH AND THOSE WHO DWELL IN IT TO WORSHIP THE FIRST BEAST, WHOSE DEADLY WOUND WAS HEALED. He performs great signs, so that he even makes fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men.” (Rev 13:12-13)
“And he deceives those who dwell on the earth by those signs which he was granted to do in the sight of the beast, TELLING THOSE WHO DWELL ON THE EARTH TO MAKE AN IMAGE TO THE BEAST WHO WAS WOUNDED BY THE SWORD AND LIVED.” (Rev 13:14)
“He was granted power to give breath to the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak and cause as many as would not worship the image of the beast to be killed.” (Rev 13:15)
WORRY
“And the smoke of their torment ascends forever and ever; and THEY HAVE NO REST DAY OR NIGHT, WHO WORSHIP THE BEAST AND HIS IMAGE, and whoever receives the mark of his name.” (Rev 14:11)
THE FALSE PROPHET
So the BEAST of the “earth [the alleged ‘saved’]” CAUSES ALL those “in the earth [the alleged 'saved']” to worship the BEAST of the “sea [the world]” through the IMAGE of the BEAST [from the heart – the hidden man] of the “sea!” The BEAST of the “earth” IS the FALSE PROPHET! We are the Beast. We are the False Prophet.
“…he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword…” (Revelation 13:10)
“and the Devil, who is leading them astray, was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where [are] the beast and the false prophet, and they shall be tormented day and night -- to the ages of the ages.” (Rev 20:10, YLT)
“But, take heed of the false prophets, who come unto you in sheep's clothing, and inwardly are ravening wolves.”
(Matthew 7:15, YLT)
“…many false prophets will rise up and deceive many. And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold.”
(Matthew 24:11-12)
