Meditation
We enter this earthen plane as a speck of Cosmic Consciousness, a Spark of the Divine - from the Source we flow into our mother's womb. It is a returning to the Source for which we aspire. We crave the Cosmic Energy. While sleep is unconscious meditation, meditation is conscious sleep. There is revitalization in both, an opening for this Energy by which we desperately need to feed. It is here, in our comfortable states (seated, sitting, relaxed), we are focused even beyond our breathing, without thought... It is this Third Eye wherein we hear, see, and feel the higher frequency realities. We may see glimpses of color, travels through a dark tunnel, visions clearer, other people's realities, enlightened ones (as we perceive them)... until all is a bright light, and finally, passing through (this tunnel) we merge with the light

In shikan-taza, of Zen Buddhism, the "mediator seeks to empty the mind of all thoughts; in mantrayana, a Hindu method... under the name 'transcendental meditation,' the mediator repeats a sacred word in Sanskrit over and over again as a way to stop the flow of thoughts. In most Western meditative practices, by contrast, the goal is not to silence the thinking mind but to take control of the thinking process and use it as a vehicle for higher states of awareness... Using this method, the meditator gains the same powers of concentration and self-mastery as the practitioner of Eastern meditative arts, and also learns to use the thinking mind with far more efficiency and clarity." One

Astral Body
It is the spiritual counterpart of the physical human body. Astral projection is "the process of separating the astral body from the physical and etheric bodies, producing what is often referred to as an out-of-body experience, or OBE." (John Michael Greer, The New Encyclopedia of the Occult)
Our Astral Body is similar in dreams, but consciously exists, as we enter new dimensions, as if the body floats, rotates... It is Astral movements... connected through the Silver Cord Link - a link that joins our physical to our divine, transferring messages from one to the other. It is our lack of understanding whereby the Silver Cord is severed...
"Or ever the silver cord be loosed, or the golden bowl be broken..."(Ecclesiastes 12:6)
It is within our Astral, or Spiritual Body that we may pass through all physical materials.
"...then came Jesus, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, Peace be unto you." (John 20:26)
And it is here we may journey to all places God... In this state of Wisdom, also known as the 1,000 Pedal Golden Lotus (where every pedal is a new dimension of understanding), we are united with the Source...
"...SO WE, BEING MANY, ARE ONE BODY IN CHRIST, AND EVERY ONE MEMBERS ONE OF ANOTHER." -Romans 12:4-5 (KJV)

It is IN THE SPIRIT... It is [Spiritual] PRAYER WITHOUT CEASING... It is [continual] MEDITATION... In TUNE WITH GOD
Without which is WORRY

Cast your cares on Him!

How shall we do this? Answer: IN THE SPIRIT! Within the COSMIC ENERGY OF GOD
"WHITHER SHALL I GO FROM THY SPIRIT? or whither shall I flee from thy presence..." (Psalm 139:7) "The words that I speak unto you, they ARE SPIRIT, and they are life." (John 6:63) "...behold, I WILL POUR OUT MY SPIRIT UNTO YOU, I WILL MAKE KNOWN MY WORDS UNTO YOU." (Proverbs 1:23) "...HE THAT IS JOINED UNTO THE LORD IS ONE SPIRIT." (1 Cor 6:17)

In LOVE is In the Spirit... In Love... In God...

God IS Love. God is Balance. Love IS Balance.
In order to be "IN GOD" we must be "IN LOVE" and we must be "IN BALANCE"
"...GOD IS LOVE. WHOEVER LIVES IN LOVE LIVES IN GOD, AND GOD IN THEM." (1 John 4:16)
"...Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God." (1 John 4:7)
"WE KNOW THAT WE HAVE PASSED FROM DEATH TO LIFE, BECAUSE WE LOVE EACH OTHER. ANYONE WHO DOES NOT LOVE REMAINS IN DEATH." (1 John 3:14 NIV)
It is insight...
"And Isaac went out to meditate in the field at the eventide: and he lifted up his eyes, and saw, and, behold, the camels were coming."(Gen 24:63)
Meditation on the Law IS Meditation on Love, IN GOD
LAW:
"THIS IS MY COMMAND: LOVE EACH OTHER." (John 15:17)
Book of the Law IS the Book of Love...
"This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night..." (Joshua 1:8)
Wherein fulfillment is... "LOVE DOES NO HARM TO A NEIGHBOR. THEREFORE LOVE IS THE FULFILLMENT OF THE LAW." (Romans 13:10)
We delight in Love! We meditate in Love!
"But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night." (Psalm 1:2)
It is balanced... yin/yang... "You shall have a perfect and just weight..." (Deuteronomy 25:15)
"When I remember thee upon my bed, and meditate on thee in the night watches." (Psalm 63:6) "I will meditate also of all thy work..."(Psalm 77:12) "I will meditate in thy precepts..." (Psalm 119:15)
"Mine eyes prevent the night watches, that I might meditate in thy word." (Psalm 119:148)
"I remember the days of old; I meditate on all thy works; I muse on the work of thy hands." (Psalm 143:5)
"Neglect not the gift that is in thee... Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them..." (1st Timothy 4:14-15)
It is reconciliation to the Source
"Brahman is the end of the journey. Brahman is the supreme goal."(Hinduism, Katha Upanishad 1.3.11)
"Rooted in Nibbana, the holy life is lived. Nibbana is its goal, Nibbana is its end." (Buddhism, Samyutta Nikaya iii.188)
After physical death, the consciousness is unable to reach the Source [if it be that Enlightenment is not yet attained], and is thereby returned [again to this earth] until a time of reconciliation.
"Veiled by ignorance, the minds of man and Buddha appear to be different; yet in the realm of Mind Essence they are both of one taste. Some-Time they will meet each other in the great Dharmadhatu." (Buddhism, Milarepa)
Death is not as many believe. There is no "end" to our beings. We are composed of energy, of the Cosmic Source. Energy is simply transformed. It is never destroyed. In fact, it is never created. It is the First Law of Thermodynamics, also called The Law of conservation of energy. It states that energy can neither be created nor destroyed. We have always been and we will always be...
"And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation..." (2 Cor 5:18) "...be ye reconciled to God." (2 Cor 5:20)

"And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son [that's ALL of us!] also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, THAT GOD MAY BE ALL IN ALL." (1 Cor 15:28)
In all things... pain [emotional & physical], dark and light - it is ALL experienced by God [through Christ]. All of us [Body of Christ, in the flesh] "ONE Spirit" of God... It is God [in us!] experiencing ALL of these things whereby we are consumed. It is not only God in one lifetime [Christ as a separatist] but God in all lives [Christ - all of us, in the flesh]. It is Buddha, Nirvana, Moksha... it is ALL the experiences of God... even through the least of all peoples, of which we all partake in one lifetime or another [murderers, thieves, etc.]. "Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me."(Matthew 25:45) We are all connected.
