In whom, or in what, are we trusting?

The dead...
"who sit among the graves and spend their nights keeping secret vigil; who eat the flesh of pigs, and whose pots hold broth of impure meat; who say, 'Keep away; don't come near me, for I am too sacred for you!' SUCH PEOPLE ARE SMOKE IN MY NOSTRILS, A FIRE THAT KEEPS BURNING ALL DAY." -Isaiah 65:4-5
We design in our minds- WITH OUR HEARTS- the demons we cherish... in the city of wickedness- our city (within/Hagar/Jerusalem of this world)- our own lusts from which we conceive the unclean thing- the idols- the IMAGES- the demons. We- you/me- are the devil- the one that accuses day and night. We-you/me are the false prophet with dead men's bones inside- We-you/me are the witches contriving all possible potions to get whatever the hell it is we want! We-you/me are the beast- we are the animals- filled with the Images of the beast/demonic activity in this... the Land of the Dead... wherein we foolishly believe we live...
The casting out of demons are parables! Demons are IMAGES of the Beast-in our mind- they are the idols we cherish...
"The disciples came to him and asked, 'WHY DO YOU SPEAK TO THE PEOPLE IN PARABLES?'" (Matthew 13:10) "...WITHOUT A PARABLE HE SAID NOTHING to them." (Matthew 13:34, Amplified)
If you make them you will be like them! (see Psalm 115:4-8)
"But their idols are silver and gold, made by human hands. They have mouths, but cannot speak, eyes, but cannot see. They have ears, but cannot hear, noses, but cannot smell. They have hands, but cannot feel, feet, but cannot walk, nor can they utter a sound with their throats. THOSE WHO MAKE THEM WILL BE LIKE THEM, AND SO WILL ALL WHO TRUST IN THEM." (Psalm 115:4-8 NIV)

A mere breath...

Idolatry defined...
"Put to death, therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature: sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desires and greed, WHICH IS IDOLATRY." - Colossians 3:5Â
"For you have spent enough time in the past doing what pagans choose to do... living in debauchery, lust, drunkenness, orgies, carousing and detestable idolatry." -1 Peter 4:3 (NIV)
WE are ALL Goldsmiths... The idols are IMAGES! - of the mind - of the beast...
"Everyone is senseless and without knowledge; EVERY GOLDSMITH IS SHAMED BY HIS IDOLS. THE IMAGES HE MAKES ARE A FRAUD; THEY HAVE NO BREATH IN THEM. THEY ARE WORTHLESS, THE OBJECTS OF MOCKERY; WHEN THEIR JUDGMENT COMES, THEY WILL PERISH." -Jeremiah 51:17-18 (NIV)
The Beast is man...
"I said in mine heart concerning the estate of the sons of men, that God might manifest them, and that they might see that THEY THEMSELVES ARE BEASTS." (Ecclesiastes 3:18)
IMAGE OF THE BEAST
Having a form of Godliness [on the outside]...
"And deceiveth THEM THAT DWELL ON THE EARTH [having a 'form' of Godliness] by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, THAT THEY SHOULD MAKE AN IMAGE [in their mind from the heart] TO THE BEAST, which had the wound by a sword [Sword of the Spirit... The Word of God], and did live." (Rev 13:14)
"For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God..." (2 Timothy 3:2-4)
"Having a form of godliness, but denying the power [we believe we are in control - 'free will'] thereof: from such turn away."

The IMAGE of the BEAST is 'pornography' [of the heart]:
Pornographic Images of the Beast...
"For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts..." (2 Timothy 3:6)
"Ever learning [in church - in Scriptures], and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth." (2 Timothy 3:7)
These are religious people! They see the same things [spiritually 'from the heart' in their mind - IMAGES] that 'sinners' [of the world... 'of the sea'] SEE [physically]! They 'see' it FROM THEIR HEART!! They see and 'do' the same things! They/we are guilty of the same things! If a person commits adultery in their heart, they are seeing [in their mind] the same 'IMAGE' those who physically commit the act 'see!' This is the IMAGE of the BEAST. It is the Image of the original beast before its "...form of godliness..."
Idols are Images (demons) - desires of the mind - of the heart
Idols of the heart
"Therefore speak to them and tell them, 'This is what the Sovereign Lord says: When any of the Israelites set up IDOLS IN THEIR HEARTS and put A WICKED STUMBLING BLOCK before their faces and then go to a prophet, I the Lord will answer them myself in keeping with their great idolatry.'" -Ezekiel 14:4 (NIV)
Graven Image...
"Ye shall make you no idols nor graven image, neither rear you up a standing image, neither shall ye set up any image of stone in your land, to bow down unto it: for I am the LORD your God." -Leviticus 26:1 (KJV)
High Places
"And I WILL DESTROY YOUR HIGH PLACES, AND CUT DOWN YOUR IMAGES, AND CAST YOUR CARCASES UPON THE CARCASES OF YOUR IDOLS, and my soul shall abhor you." -Leviticus 26:30
Abominations…
"And ye have seen their abominations, and their idols, wood and stone, silver and gold, which were among them..." -Deuteronomy 29:17 (KJV)
"For they served idols, whereof the LORD had said unto them, YE SHALL NOT DO THIS THING."

It causes our sons and daughters to pass through the FIRE
"And they left all the commandments of the LORD their God, and made them molten images, even two calves, and made a grove, and worshipped all the host of heaven, and served Baal. And THEY CAUSED THEIR SONS AND THEIR DAUGHTERS TO PASS THROUGH THE FIRE, and used divination and enchantments, and sold themselves to do evil in the sight of the LORD, to provoke him to anger."-2 Kings 17:16-17 (KJV)
We sacrifice our children! ...to Idols, Devils...
"And THEY SERVED THEIR IDOLS: which were a snare unto them. Yea, THEY SACRIFICED THEIR SONS AND THEIR DAUGHTERS UNTO DEVILS..." -Psalms 106:36-38
Idols are the gods of the people, the nations
"FOR ALL THE GODS OF THE PEOPLE ARE IDOLS: but the LORD made the heavens." (1 Chronicles 16:26) "FOR ALL THE GODS OF THE NATIONS ARE IDOLS: but the LORD made the heavens." (Psalms 96:5)
Our own creation
"Of what value is an idol carved by a craftsman? Or an image that teaches lies? FOR THE ONE WHO MAKES IT TRUSTS IN HIS OWN CREATION; he makes idols that cannot speak." -Habakkuk 2:18 (NIV)
We boast of idols...
"CONFOUNDED BE ALL THEY THAT SERVE GRAVEN IMAGES, THAT BOAST THEMSELVES OF IDOLS: worship him, all ye gods." -Psalms 97:7 (KJV)
We bow to our creation...
"Their land is full of idols; they bow down to the work of their hands, to what their fingers have made." -Isaiah 2:8
Unclean...
"But WE ARE ALL AS AN UNCLEAN THING, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away." (Isaiah 64:6)
Unclean children... Sacrificed by the husband or wife or made Holy by the husband or wife...
"For the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the husband: else were your children unclean; but now are they holy." (1 Cor 7:14)
The Bible is a Parable
"The disciples came to him and asked, 'WHY DO YOU SPEAK TO THE PEOPLE IN PARABLES?'" (Matthew 13:10) "...without a parable He said NOTHING to them." (Matthew 13:34, Amplified)
Unclean Spirits = Idols
The demons (unclean spirits) are IDOLS of the HEART.
Ultimately, we are the IDOL. WE set ourselves as God in the Temple
"Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, WHO OPPOSES AND EXALTS HIMSELF ABOVE ALL that is called God or that is worshiped, so that HE SITS AS GOD IN THE TEMPLE OF GOD, SHOWING HIMSELF THAT HE IS GOD." (2 Thessalonians 2:3-4)
The Unclean Spirits...
"And unclean spirits, when they saw him, fell down before him, and cried, saying, Thou art the Son of God." (Mark 3:11) "And he called unto him the twelve, and began to send them forth by two and two; and gave them power over unclean spirits..." (Mark 6:7) "For a certain woman, whose young daughter had an unclean spirit, heard of him, and came and fell at his feet..." (Mark 7:25) "And in the synagogue there was a man, which had a spirit of an unclean devil, and cried out with a loud voice..." (Luke 4:33) "And they were all amazed, and spake among themselves, saying, What a word is this! for with authority and power he commandeth the unclean spirits, and they come out." (Luke 4:36)
The devil (a human/child) threw him- the unclean spirit (idol-demon-image) was removed- the child is no longer a devil...
“And as he was yet a coming, the devil threw him down, and tare him. And Jesus rebuked the unclean spirit, and healed the child, and delivered him again to his father.â€? (Luke 9:42)Â
They come back...
“When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest; and finding none, he saith, I will return unto my house whence I came out. And when he cometh, he findeth it swept and garnished. Then goeth he, and taketh to him seven other spirits more wicked than himself; and they enter in, and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first.� (Luke 11:24-26)
It is our own lust...
“But EVERY MAN IS TEMPTED, WHEN HE IS DRAWN AWAY OF HIS OWN LUST, and enticed. Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.� (James 1:14-15, KJV)
"WE" cast out demons?
“Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, CAST OUT DEMONS IN YOUR NAME, and done many wonders in Your name?’â€? (Matthew 7:22)Â
It is Christ in us in Christ…
“Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, CAST OUT DEMONS. Freely you have received, freely give.� (Matthew 10:8) “And He was preaching in their synagogues throughout all Galilee, AND CASTING OUT DEMONS.� (Mark 1:39) “and to have POWER TO HEAL SICKNESSES AND TO CAST OUT DEMONS…� (Mark 3:15) “And THEY CAST OUT MANY DEMONS, and anointed with oil many who were sick, and healed them.� (Mark 6:13) “And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name THEY WILL CAST OUT DEMONS; they will speak with new tongues…� (Mark 16:17)
Those that LOVE are in the family! -regardless of religious affiliation, they are in God...

Demons... unable to be heard- In Christ will not allow demons to speak (to them)...
