God puts whomever HE chooses in power. It is always Him, EVERYONE, EVERY POSITION. The President is God’s man for the job.
“Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. FOR THERE IS NO POWER BUT OF GOD: THE POWERS THAT BE ARE ORDAINED OF GOD.” (Rom 13:1, KJV)
Countries attack countries because GOD WILLS IT, period. God alone moves the heads of countries. They are handpicked and guided.
“The king’s heart is in the hand of the LORD, Like the rivers of water; He turns it wherever He wishes.” (Prov 21:1, NKJV)
“Shall the ax boast itself against him who chops with it?...” (Isaiah 10:15, NKJV)
Why complain about those in power? Everyone in EVERY position is placed there by God. They are supposed to be there, even if YOU did not vote for them. Be we Republican, Democrat, Independent, or whatever “party of thought” to which we belong, we hold the view we are caused to have. Every country’s people are in the plan of God. Politics are not what we think. All the issues are “caused” for a reason, His purpose. We are not so powerful.
“I form the light, and create darkness: I MAKE PEACE, AND CREATE EVIL: I the LORD do all these things.” (Isaiah 45:7, KJV)
God creates evil. It is not the Devil vs. God. He is COMPLETELY SOVEREIGN. No plan of His is thwarted!
"I know that you can do all things; NO PLAN OF YOURS CAN BE THWARTED.” (Job 42:2, NIV)
“And for this cause GOD SHALL SEND THEM STRONG DELUSION, THAT THEY SHOULD BELIEVE A LIE...” (2 Thessalonians 2:11, KJV)
The devil made me do it? What caused the devil to do it?
“...SHALL THERE BE EVIL IN A CITY, AND THE LORD HATH NOT DONE IT?” (Amos 3:6, KJV)
Shall there be war in the Middle East and the Lord hath not done it?
“Is it not out of the mouth of the Most High that evil and good both proceed [adversity and prosperity, physical evil or misfortune and physical good or happiness]?” (Lamentations 3:38, Amplified)
Here’s a cool translation for Ecclesiastes 1:13:
"…and EXPERIENCE OF EVIL has God given to the sons of man TO HUMBLE him thereby" (Concordant Old Testament).
He humbles us with evil. How do we feel when we cannot meet the blessed “standard?”
“...I WILL RAISE UP EVIL AGAINST THEE out of thine own house, and I will take thy wives before thine eyes, and give them unto thy neighbour, and he shall lie with thy wives in the sight of this sun.” (2 Sam 12:11, KJV)
“...for I WILL BRING EVIL from the north, and a great destruction.” (Jeremiah 4:6, KJV)
He “brings” evil. He “raises” it up.
“...and they raped her and abused her throughout the night...” (Judges 19:25, NIV)
After this, her husband, who had turned her over to these men, took his knife, cut her into 12 pieces and sent the pieces throughout Israel. This “caused” a war between the Benjamites and Israel. Thousands were killed. God told Israel they would win, and boy did they. Twenty-five thousand Benjamites fell that day. They put all the towns to the sword, killed the animals and burned everything (20:48). They felt bad for the Benjamites because they needed women so they killed every male and every woman in Jabesh Gilead who was not a virgin and gave the rest to the guys. Like it or not, God is a God of war. Why does every country believe their principles are worth killing for? Patriotism kills. You could have been born anywhere and killed for any principle. God makes these determinations and we kill accordingly.
“...Thus saith the LORD; Behold, I FRAME EVIL AGAINST YOU...” (Jer 18:11, KJV)
“...as ALL GOOD THINGS ARE COME upon you, which the LORD your God promised you; SO SHALL THE LORD BRING UPON YOU ALL EVIL THINGS...” (Joshua 23:15, KJV)
The Lord gives and the Lord takes. The Lord doeth it all.
"...What? Shall we receive good at the hand of God and SHALL WE NOT RECEIVE EVIL?..." (Job 2:10, KJV)
“…AN EAST WIND FROM THE LORD WILL COME, blowing in from the desert; his spring will fail and his well dry up. His storehouse will be plundered of all its treasures. The people of Samaria must bear their guilt, because they have rebelled against their God. They will fall by the sword; THEIR LITTLE ONES WILL BE DASHED TO THE GROUND, THEIR PREGNANT WOMEN RIPPED OPEN.” (Hosea 13:15-16, NIV)
David’s punishment for taking a census, enticed by Satan:
“So THE LORD SENT A PLAGUE on Israel, and seventy thousand men of Israel fell dead.” (1 Chronicles 21:14)
More War:
“The LORD said to me, ‘Do not be afraid of him, for I HAVE DELIVERED HIM INTO YOUR HANDS, along with his whole army and his land. Do to him what you did to Sihon king of the Amorites, who reigned in Heshbon.’” (Deuteronomy 3:2, NIV)
They listened:
We completely destroyed them, as we had done with Sihon king of Heshbon, DESTROYING EVERY CITY—MEN, WOMEN AND CHILDREN.” (Deuteronomy 3:6, NIV)
The Lord will stir up:
“Their infants will be dashed to pieces before their eyes; their houses will be looted and their wives violated. See, I will stir up against them…” (Isaiah 13:16-17, NIV)
"...the Most High is sovereign over all kingdoms on earth and gives them to anyone he wishes." (Daniel 4:25, NIV)
How many times have we heard: “If only this hadn’t happened to me?” Evil is a part of life. “What ifs” do not exist. THERE ARE NO “WHAT IFS!”
Through Wisdom, God determined we must endure Good and Evil. It is in our destiny to be perfect as He is perfect.
“Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect.” (Matthew 5:48)
“For God knows that when you eat from it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.” (Genesis 3:5)
“And the LORD God said, ‘The man has now become like one of us, knowing good and evil…’” (Genesis 3:22)
“The eyes of the LORD are in every place, Keeping watch on the evil and the good.” (Proverbs 15:3)
“Even after Jesus had performed so many signs in their presence, they still would not believe in him. This was to fulfill the word of Isaiah the prophet: ‘Lord, who has believed our message and TO WHOM HAS THE ARM OF THE LORD BEEN REVEALED?’ For this reason they could not believe, because, as Isaiah says elsewhere: ‘HE HAS BLINDED THEIR EYES AND HARDENED THEIR HEARTS, SO THEY CAN NEITHER SEE WITH THEIR EYES, NOR UNDERSTAND WITH THEIR HEARTS, nor turn—and I would heal them.’” (John 12:37-40)
“For he says to Moses, ‘I will have mercy on whom I have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I have compassion.’ IT DOES NOT, THEREFORE, DEPEND ON HUMAN DESIRE OR EFFORT, but on God’s mercy.” (Rom 9:15-16)
“THIS MAN, DELIVERED OVER BY THE PREDETERMINED PLAN AND FOREKNOWLEDGE OF GOD, you nailed to a cross by the hands of godless men and put Him to death.” (Acts 2:23, NASB)

“and said, ‘Brothers and sisters, THE SCRIPTURE HAD TO BE FULFILLED in which the Holy Spirit spoke long ago through David concerning Judas, who served as guide for those who arrested Jesus.’” (Acts 1:16)
“The Son of Man will go AS IT HAS BEEN DECREED. But woe to that man who betrays him!” (Luke 22:22)
“For the Son of Man is to go JUST AS IT IS WRITTEN of Him; but woe to that man by whom the Son of Man is betrayed! IT WOULD HAVE BEEN GOOD FOR THAT MAN IF HE HAD NOT BEEN BORN.” (Mark 14:21, NASB)
“For the Scripture says to Pharaoh, ‘FOR THIS VERY PURPOSE I RAISED YOU UP, TO DEMONSTRATE MY POWER IN YOU, AND THAT MY NAME MIGHT BE PROCLAIMED THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE EARTH.’” (Rom 9:17, NASB)
“So then He has mercy on whom He desires, and He hardens whom He desires.” (Rom 9:18)
“for the children being not yet born, neither having done anything good or bad, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works, but of him that calleth…” (Rom 9:11, ASV)
God is a righteous God, PERIOD! We ALL WILL be PERFECT. Judgment IS fair...
“The LORD detests differing weights, and dishonest scales do not please him.” (Proverbs 20:23)
“For who makes you different from anyone else? What do you have that you did not receive? And if you did receive it, why do you boast as though you did not?” (1 Cor 4:7)
“You will say to me then, ‘WHY DOES HE STILL FIND FAULT? FOR WHO HAS RESISTED HIS WILL?’ But indeed, O man, who are you to reply against God? Will the thing formed say to him who formed it, ‘Why have you made me like this?’ Does not the potter have power over the clay, from the same lump to make one vessel for honor and another for dishonor? What if God, wanting to show His wrath and to make His power known, ENDURED WITH MUCH LONGSUFFERING THE VESSELS OF WRATH PREPARED FOR DESTRUCTION, and that He might make known the riches of His glory on the vessels of mercy, WHICH HE HAD PREPARED BEFOREHAND FOR GLORY…” (Rom 9:19-23)

“But of the cities of these peoples which the LORD your God gives you as an inheritance, you shall LET NOTHING THAT BREATHES REMAIN ALIVE, but you shall UTTERLY DESTROY THEM: the Hittite and the Amorite and the Canaanite and the Perizzite and the Hivite and the Jebusite, just as the LORD your GOD HAS COMMANDED YOU…” (Deu 20:16-17)
“FOR IT WAS THE LORD HIMSELF who HARDENED THEIR HEARTS TO WAGE WAR AGAINST ISRAEL, SO THAT HE MIGHT DESTROY THEM TOTALLY, EXTERMINATING THEM WITHOUT MERCY, AS THE LORD HAD COMMANDED MOSES.” (Joshua 11:20)

“and He made from one man every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth, HAVING DETERMINED THEIR APPOINTED TIMES AND THE BOUNDARIES OF THEIR HABITATION…” (Acts 17:26)
“All the inhabitants of the earth are accounted as nothing, BUT HE DOES ACCORDING TO HIS WILL IN THE HOST OF HEAVEN AND AMONG THE INHABITANTS OF EARTH; AND NO ONE CAN WARD OFF HIS HAND Or say to Him, ‘What have You done?’” (Daniel 4:35)

Finally, a spirit came forward, stood before the LORD and said, ‘I will entice him.’ ‘By what means?’ the LORD asked. ‘I will go out and be a deceiving spirit in the mouths of all his prophets,’ he said. ‘You will succeed in enticing him,’ said the LORD. ‘Go and do it.’ So now THE LORD HAS PUT A DECEIVING SPIRIT IN THE MOUTHS OF ALL THESE PROPHETS of yours. The LORD has decreed disaster for you.” (1 Kings 22:20-23)
