Messengers

The Seed is the Word of God…

Christ is the Seed…

“The promises were spoken to Abraham and to his seed. Scripture does not say ‘and to seeds,’ meaning many people, but ‘AND TO YOUR SEED,’ MEANING ONE PERSON, WHO IS CHRIST.”

“And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and HIS NAME IS CALLED THE WORD OF GOD.” -Revelation 19:13 (KJV)

Our store of Seed (Christ) will be enlarged!

“Now he who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will also supply and increase your store of seed AND WILL ENLARGE THE HARVEST OF YOUR RIGHTEOUSNESS.” -2 Corinthians 9:10 (NIV)

The Seed must die...

“Jesus replied, ‘The hour has come for the Son of Man to be glorified. Very truly I tell you, unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, IT REMAINS ONLY A SINGLE SEED. BUT IF IT DIES, IT PRODUCES MANY SEEDS. Anyone who loves their life will lose it, while anyone who hates their life in this world will keep it for eternal life.’” -John 12:23-25 (NIV)

The Seed (Christ) – the Word will achieve its purpose…

“As the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return to it without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater, so is my word that goes out from my mouth: IT WILL NOT RETURN TO ME EMPTY, BUT WILL ACCOMPLISH WHAT I DESIRE AND ACHIEVE THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH I SENT IT.”

Angel

"A word signifying, both in the Hebrew and Greek, a 'messenger,' and hence employed to denote any agent God sends forth to execute his purposes." (Easton's Bible Dictionary)

Messenger...

“AND THERE CAME A MESSENGER unto Job, and said…” (Job 1:14) “And the elders of Jabesh said unto him, Give us seven days' respite, THAT WE MAY SEND MESSENGERS unto all the coasts of Israel…” (1 Sam 11:3) “And WHEN THE MESSENGERS OF JOHN WERE DEPARTED…” (Luke 7:24) “And SENT MESSENGERS BEFORE HIS FACE: and they went, and entered into a village of the Samaritans, to make ready for him.” (Luke 9:52)

The Lord's Messenger (prophet)

“THEN SPAKE HAGGAI THE LORD'S MESSENGER in the LORD'S message unto the people, saying, I am with you, saith the LORD.” (Hag 1:13)

The Priest is the Messenger of the Lord!!!!!! Christ is the High Priest! We are a Royal Priesthood!

“But YOU ARE A CHOSEN PEOPLE, A ROYAL PRIESTHOOD, A HOLY NATION, GOD’S SPECIAL POSSESSION, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.” (1 Pet 2:9) “But when CHRIST CAME AS HIGH PRIEST of the good things that are now already here, he went through the greater and more perfect tabernacle that is not made with human hands, that is to say, is not a part of this creation.” (Heb 9:11)

“For the priest's lips should keep knowledge, and they should seek the law at his mouth: for HE IS THE MESSENGER OF THE LORD OF HOSTS.” (Mal 2:7)

We are His Messengers – Angels of the 7 Churches...

“The mystery of the seven stars which thou sawest in my right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks. The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches: and the seven candlesticks which thou sawest are the seven churches.” (Rev 1:20)

“And the words of the LORD are flawless, LIKE SILVER purified in a crucible, LIKE GOLD REFINED SEVEN TIMES.” (Psalm 12:6) “See, I have refined you, though NOT AS SILVER; I HAVE TESTED YOU IN THE FURNACE OF AFFLICTION.” (Isaiah 48:10) “THE CRUCIBLE FOR SILVER AND THE FURNACE FOR GOLD, BUT THE LORD TESTS THE HEART.” (Prov 17:3)

Messengers as Destroyers…

“And when the angel stretched out his hand upon Jerusalem to destroy it, the LORD repented him of the evil, and said to THE ANGEL THAT DESTROYED the people, It is enough: stay now thine hand…” (2 Sam 24:16) “And David spake unto the LORD when he saw THE ANGEL THAT SMOTE THE PEOPLE, and said, Lo, I have sinned, and I have done wickedly…” (2 Sam 24:17) “For the LORD will pass through to smite the Egyptians; and when he seeth the blood upon the lintel, and on the two side posts, the LORD will pass over the door, and WILL NOT SUFFER THE DESTROYER TO COME IN UNTO YOUR HOUSES to smite you.” (Exo 12:23)

“WHO MAKETH HIS ANGELS SPIRITS; HIS MINISTERS A FLAMING FIRE…” (Psa 104:4)

“Through faith he kept the passover, and the sprinkling of blood, lest HE THAT DESTROYED THE FIRSTBORN should touch them.” (Heb 11:28) “Neither murmur ye, as some of them also murmured, and were DESTROYED OF THE DESTROYER.” (1 Cor 10:10) “And David lifted up his eyes, AND SAW THE ANGEL OF THE LORD STAND BETWEEN THE EARTH AND THE HEAVEN, HAVING A DRAWN SWORD IN HIS HAND STRETCHED OUT OVER JERUSALEM. Then David and the elders of Israel, who were clothed in sackcloth, fell upon their faces.” (1 Chr 21:16)

“And it came to pass that night, that THE ANGEL OF THE LORD WENT OUT, AND SMOTE IN THE CAMP OF THE ASSYRIANS an hundred fourscore and five thousand: and when they arose early in the morning, behold, they were all dead corpses.” (2 Kings 19:35) “And immediately THE ANGEL OF THE LORD SMOTE HIM, because he gave not God the glory: and he was eaten of worms, and gave up the ghost.” (Acts 12:23)

Judgment…

“And it came to pass on a certain night that THE ANGEL OF THE LORD WENT OUT, AND KILLED in the camp of the Assyrians one hundred and eighty-five thousand; and when people arose early in the morning, there were the corpses—all dead.” (2 Kings 19:35)

“three years of famine, three months of being swept away before your enemies, with their swords overtaking you, or three days of the sword of the LORD—DAYS OF PLAGUE IN THE LAND, WITH THE ANGEL OF THE LORD RAVAGING EVERY PART OF ISRAEL.’ Now then, decide how I should answer the one who sent me.” (1 Chron 21:12, TNIV)

He makes us Spirits… a Flaming Fire!

“WHO MAKETH HIS ANGELS SPIRITS; HIS MINISTERS A FLAMING FIRE…” (Psa 104:4) “it is sown a natural body, it is raised a spiritual body.” (1 Cor 15:44)

As Men

“And he lift up his eyes and looked, and, lo, THREE MEN STOOD BY HIM…” (Gen 18:2) “And the men turned their faces from thence, and went toward Sodom…” (Gen 18:22) “And THERE CAME TWO ANGELS TO SODOM at even; and Lot sat in the gate of Sodom: and Lot seeing them rose up to meet them; and he bowed himself with his face toward the ground…” (Gen 19:1)

“And it came to pass, when Joshua was by Jericho, that he lifted up his eyes and looked, and, behold, THERE STOOD A MAN over against him with his sword drawn in his hand: and Joshua went unto him, and said unto him, Art thou for us, or for our adversaries?” (Josh 5:13)

“And the captain of the LORD'S host said unto Joshua, Loose thy shoe from off thy foot; for THE PLACE WHEREON THOU STANDEST IS HOLY. And Joshua did so.” (Josh 5:15)

In Dreams

“And Jacob was left alone; AND THERE WRESTLED A MAN with him until the breaking of the day.” (Gen 32:24) “And Jacob called the name of the place Peniel: FOR I HAVE SEEN GOD FACE TO FACE, and my life is preserved.” (Gen 32:30)

“And he dreamed, and behold a ladder set up on the earth, and the top of it reached to heaven: and BEHOLD THE ANGELS OF GOD ASCENDING AND DESCENDING on it.” (Gen 28:12)

“And Jacob went on his way, and the angels of God met him.” (Gen 32:1)

“And as he lay and slept under a juniper tree, behold, then an angel touched him, and said unto him, Arise and eat.” (1 Kings 19:5)

“But after he had considered this, AN ANGEL OF THE LORD APPEARED TO HIM IN A DREAM and said, ‘Joseph son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary home as your wife, because what is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit.’” (Matthew 1:20, NIV) “When Joseph woke up, HE DID WHAT THE ANGEL OF THE LORD HAD COMMANDED him and took Mary home as his wife. But he did not consummate their marriage until she gave birth to a son…” (Matthew 1:24-25)

“When they had gone, AN ANGEL OF THE LORD APPEARED TO JOSEPH IN A DREAM. ‘Get up,’ he said, ‘take the child and his mother and escape to Egypt. Stay there until I tell you, for Herod is going to search for the child to kill him.’” (Matthew 2:13) “After Herod died, AN ANGEL OF THE LORD APPEARED IN A DREAM TO JOSEPH in Egypt and said, ‘Get up, take the child and his mother and go to the land of Israel, for those who were trying to take the child’s life are dead.’” (Matthew 2:19-20, NIV)

Angels in visions...

“When they did not find His body, they came saying that they had also seen A VISION OF ANGELS WHO SAID HE WAS ALIVE.” (Luke 24:23)

“I saw in the visions of my head upon my bed, and, behold, a watcher and an holy one came down from heaven…” (Dan 4:13)

“And whereas the king saw a watcher and an holy one coming down from heaven, and saying, Hew the tree down, and destroy it; yet LEAVE THE STUMP OF THE ROOTS THEREOF IN THE EARTH, even with a band of iron and brass, in the tender grass of the field; and let it be wet with the dew of heaven, and let his portion be with the beasts of the field, till seven times pass over him…” (Dan 4:23)

“HE SAW IN A VISION evidently about the ninth hour of the day AN ANGEL OF GOD coming in to him, and saying unto him, Cornelius.” (Acts 10:3)

Angel (Messenger) OF THE LORD

“And THE ANGEL OF THE LORD found her by a fountain of water in the wilderness…” (Gen 16:7) “AND THE ANGEL OF THE LORD SAID UNTO HER, I WILL MULTIPLY THY SEED EXCEEDINGLY…” (Gen 16:10) “And THE ANGEL OF THE LORD said unto her, Behold, thou art with child...” (Gen 16:11) “And THE ANGEL OF THE LORD appeared unto the woman, and said unto her, Behold now, thou art barren, and bearest not: but thou shalt conceive, and bear a son.” (Judg 13:3)

“For, lo, thou shalt conceive, and bear a son; and no razor shall come on his head: for THE CHILD SHALL BE A NAZARITE UNTO GOD FROM THE WOMB: and he shall begin to deliver Israel out of the hand of the Philistines. Then the woman came and told her husband, saying, A MAN OF GOD CAME UNTO ME, AND HIS COUNTENANCE WAS LIKE THE COUNTENANCE OF AN ANGEL OF GOD, very terrible: but I asked him not whence he was, neither told he me his name…” (Judg 13:5-6) “But he said unto me, Behold, thou shalt conceive, and bear a son; and now drink no wine nor strong drink, neither eat any unclean thing: for THE CHILD SHALL BE A NAZARITE TO GOD FROM THE WOMB TO THE DAY OF HIS DEATH.” (Judg 13:7)

The Man of God is the Angel of God is the Messenger of God

“Then Manoah entreated the LORD, and said, O my Lord, let THE MAN OF GOD which thou didst send come again unto us, and teach us what we shall do unto the child that shall be born. And God hearkened to the voice of Manoah; and THE ANGEL OF GOD came again unto the woman as she sat in the field: but Manoah her husband was not with her.” (Judg 13:8-9)

The Angel (Messenger) is a man…

“…Behold, THE MAN HATH APPEARED UNTO ME, that came unto me the other day.” (Judg 13:10) “…and came to the man, and said unto him, ART THOU THE MAN THAT SPAKEST UNTO THE WOMAN? AND HE SAID, I AM.” (Judg 13:11)

Manoah was not aware he was THE ANGEL of the LORD

“And THE ANGEL OF THE LORD said…” (Judg 13:13) “And THE ANGEL OF THE LORD said unto Manoah, Though thou detain me, I will not eat of thy bread: and if thou wilt offer a burnt offering, thou must offer it unto the LORD. For MANOAH KNEW NOT THAT HE WAS AN ANGEL OF THE LORD.” (Judg 13:16)

A Name no man knows…

“…neither told he me his name…” (Judges 13:6)

“And Manoah said unto the angel of the LORD, What is thy name, that when thy sayings come to pass we may do thee honour? And the angel of the LORD said unto him, WHY ASKEST THOU THUS AFTER MY NAME, SEEING IT IS SECRET?” (Judg 13:17-18)

“His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and HE HAD A NAME WRITTEN, THAT NO MAN KNEW, BUT HE HIMSELF.” (Rev 19:12)

A Name above the Angels

“Being made so much better than the angels, as HE HATH BY INHERITANCE OBTAINED A MORE EXCELLENT NAME THAN THEY.” (Heb 1:4)

He was an Overcomer!

“He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone A NEW NAME WRITTEN, WHICH NO MAN KNOWETH SAVING HE THAT RECEIVETH IT.” (Rev 2:17)

Ascending in a Flame…

“Then Manoah took a young goat, together with the grain offering, and sacrificed it on a rock to the LORD. And the LORD did an amazing thing while Manoah and his wife watched: As the flame blazed up from the altar toward heaven, THE ANGEL OF THE LORD ASCENDED IN THE FLAME. Seeing this, Manoah and his wife fell with their faces to the ground. When the angel of the LORD did not show himself again to Manoah and his wife, Manoah realized that it was the angel of the LORD.” (Judges 13:19-21) “But the angel of the LORD did no more appear to Manoah and to his wife. Then Manoah knew that he was an angel of the LORD.” (Judg 13:21)

Ascending and descending

“And, behold, there was a great earthquake: for THE ANGEL OF THE LORD DESCENDED FROM HEAVEN, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat upon it.” (Mat 28:2) “And THE ANGEL ANSWERED and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified.” (Mat 28:5)

"Thousand thousands... A Fiery Stream…

“A FIERY STREAM ISSUED AND CAME FORTH FROM BEFORE HIM: thousand thousands ministered unto him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him: the judgment was set, and the books were opened.” (Dan 7:10)

“THINKEST THOU THAT I CANNOT NOW PRAY TO MY FATHER, AND HE SHALL PRESENTLY GIVE ME MORE THAN TWELVE LEGIONS OF ANGELS?” (Mat 26:53)

“And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying…” (Luke 2:13)

We enter the City as Angels…

“BUT YOU HAVE COME TO MOUNT ZION, TO THE CITY OF THE LIVING GOD, THE HEAVENLY JERUSALEM. YOU HAVE COME TO THOUSANDS UPON THOUSANDS OF ANGELS IN JOYFUL ASSEMBLY…” (Heb 12:22)

We will be perfect…

“TO THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY AND CHURCH OF THE FIRSTBORN, WHICH ARE WRITTEN IN HEAVEN, AND TO GOD THE JUDGE OF ALL, AND TO THE SPIRITS OF JUST MEN MADE PERFECT…” (Heb 12:23)

Michael…

“And at that time shall MICHAEL STAND UP, THE GREAT PRINCE WHICH STANDETH FOR THE CHILDREN OF THY PEOPLE: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.” (Dan 12:1)

He is the Archangel!

“For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with THE VOICE OF THE ARCHANGEL, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first…” (1 Th 4:16)

“Yet MICHAEL THE ARCHANGEL, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee.” (Jude 1:9)

The Name above ALL Names! No MAN knows the Name but He (soon to us) Himself

“His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and HE HAD A NAME WRITTEN, THAT NO MAN KNEW, BUT HE HIMSELF.” (Rev 19:12)

“FAR ABOVE ALL PRINCIPALITY, AND POWER, AND MIGHT, AND DOMINION, AND EVERY NAME THAT IS NAMED, NOT ONLY IN THIS WORLD, BUT ALSO IN THAT WHICH IS TO COME…” (Eph 1:21)

“For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him…” (Col 1:16)

Ministering spirits...

“Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?” (Heb 1:14)

“NEITHER CAN THEY DIE ANY MORE: FOR THEY ARE EQUAL UNTO THE ANGELS; AND ARE THE CHILDREN OF GOD, BEING THE CHILDREN OF THE RESURRECTION.” (Luke 20:36)

Always appearing in a human form...

“And it came to pass, as they were much perplexed thereabout, behold, TWO MEN STOOD BY THEM IN SHINING GARMENTS…” (Luke 24:24)

“And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, BEHOLD, TWO MEN STOOD BY THEM IN WHITE APPAREL…” (Acts 1:10)

Sons of God

“Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them.” (Job 1:6)

“When the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy?” (Job 38:7)

“He answered and said, Lo, I see FOUR MEN LOOSE, WALKING IN THE MIDST OF THE FIRE, and they have no hurt; and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God.” (Dan 3:25)

Adam, the Son of God

“Which was the son of Enos, which was the son of Seth, WHICH WAS THE SON OF ADAM, WHICH WAS THE SON OF GOD…” (Luke 3:38)

Imperfection...

“Behold, he put no trust in his servants; and his angels he charged with folly…” (Job 4:18)

Not even the Angels…

“But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.” (Mat 24:36)

We read of "fallen angels" leaving "their first estate" (Garden of Eden)

“And THE ANGELS WHICH KEPT NOT THEIR FIRST ESTATE, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.” -Jude 1:6 (KJV)

The devil’s angels…

“…FIRE, PREPARED FOR THE DEVIL AND HIS ANGELS…” (Mat 25:41)

Michael’s Angels… The dragon’s angels…

“And there was war in heaven: MICHAEL AND HIS ANGELS FOUGHT AGAINST THE DRAGON; AND THE DRAGON FOUGHT AND HIS ANGELS…” (Rev 12:7)

“And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and HIS ANGELS WERE CAST OUT WITH HIM.” (Rev 12:9)

Manna is angels' food!!!

“Man did eat angels' food: he sent them meat to the full.” (Psa 78:25)

Strength in keeping His Commandments…

“Bless the LORD, ye HIS ANGELS, THAT EXCEL IN STRENGTH, THAT DO HIS COMMANDMENTS, HEARKENING UNTO THE VOICE OF HIS WORD.” (Psa 103:20)

They are called Holy

“For whosoever shall be ashamed of me and of my words, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he shall come in his own glory, and in his Father's, and of THE HOLY ANGELS.” (Luke 9:26)

"elect" Angels

“I charge thee before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, and THE ELECT ANGELS, that thou observe these things without preferring one before another, doing nothing by partiality.” (1 Tim 5:21)

“Behold my servant, whom I uphold; mine elect, in whom my soul delighteth; I have put my spirit upon him: he shall bring forth judgment to the Gentiles.” (Isaiah 42:1) “…and Israel mine elect…” (Isaiah 45:4) “And I will bring forth a seed out of Jacob, and out of Judah an inheritor of my mountains: and mine elect shall inherit it, and my servants shall dwell there.” (Isaiah 65:9) “They shall not build, and another inhabit; they shall not plant, and another eat: for as the days of a tree are the days of my people, and mine elect shall long enjoy the work of their hands.” (Isaiah 65:22) “And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.” (Matthew 24:22) “For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.” (Matthew 24:24) “And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.” (Matthew 24:31) “And shall not God avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him, though he bear long with them?” (Luke 18:7) “Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth.” (Romans 8:33)

Worshipping of Angels…

“Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and WORSHIPPING OF ANGELS, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind…” (Col 2:18)

“And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, SEE THOU DO IT NOT: I AM THY FELLOWSERVANT, AND OF THY BRETHREN that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.” (Rev 19:10)

There are no Scriptural Angelic appearances until after the call of Abraham….

“The LORD God of heaven, which took me from my father's house, and from the land of my kindred, and which spake unto me, and that sware unto me, saying, UNTO THY SEED WILL I GIVE THIS LAND; HE SHALL SEND HIS ANGEL BEFORE THEE, and thou shalt take a wife unto my son from thence.” (Gen 24:7) “And he said unto me, The LORD, before whom I walk, WILL SEND HIS ANGEL WITH THEE, and prosper thy way; and thou shalt take a wife for my son of my kindred, and of my father's house…” (Gen 24:40)

The Angel of the Lord speaks as God Himself…

“AND AN ANGEL OF THE LORD CAME UP FROM GILGAL TO BOCHIM, AND SAID, I MADE YOU TO GO UP OUT OF EGYPT, AND HAVE BROUGHT YOU UNTO THE LAND WHICH I SWARE UNTO YOUR FATHERS; and I said, I will never break my covenant with you.” (Judg 2:1)

Gideon

“And THERE CAME AN ANGEL OF THE LORD, AND SAT UNDER AN OAK which was in Ophrah, that pertained unto Joash the Abiezrite: and his son Gideon threshed wheat by the winepress, to hide it from the Midianites.” (Judg 6:11)

“And THE ANGEL OF THE LORD APPEARED unto him, and said unto him, The LORD is with thee, thou mighty man of valour.” (Judg 6:12)

Gabriel

“And in the sixth month THE ANGEL GABRIEL was sent from God unto a city of Galilee, named Nazareth…” (Luke 1:26) “And the angel came in unto her, and said, Hail, thou that art highly favoured, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women.” (Luke 1:28) “And, behold, thy cousin Elisabeth, she hath also conceived a son in her old age: and this is the sixth month with her, who was called barren. For with God nothing shall be impossible.” (Luke 1:36-37)

“And seeth two angels in white sitting, the one at the head, and the other at the feet, where the body of Jesus had lain.” (John 20:12)

“And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel…” (Acts 1:10)

“Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.” (Acts 1:11)

Ministering…

“Then the devil leaveth him, and, behold, ANGELS CAME AND MINISTERED unto him.” (Mat 4:11) “And there appeared an angel unto him from heaven, STRENGTHENING HIM.” (Luke 22:43)

In Body, Out of Body –

“I KNOW A MAN in Christ who fourteen years ago was CAUGHT UP TO THE THIRD HEAVEN—whether in the body or out of the body I do not know, God knows. And I know that this man was CAUGHT UP INTO PARADISE—whether in the body or out of the body I do not know, God knows…” (2 Cor 12:2-3)

We will ALL be “caught up” into Paradise and move about as Angels…

“Then we who are alive, who are left, will be CAUGHT UP TOGETHER WITH THEM in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be with the Lord.” (1 Thess 4:17)

“She gave birth to a male child, one who is to rule all the nations with a rod of iron, but HER CHILD WAS CAUGHT UP to God and to his throne…” (Rev 12:5)

“He put out the form of a hand and took me by a lock of my head, and THE SPIRIT LIFTED ME UP BETWEEN EARTH AND HEAVEN and brought me in visions of God to Jerusalem…” (Ezekiel 8:3)

Being “dead” is a spiritual term, having NOT the Spirit of God…

Risen from the ‘dead’ – FILLED with the SPIRIT… Like ANGELS…

“For WHEN THEY RISE FROM THE DEAD, they neither marry nor are given in marriage but are LIKE ANGELS IN HEAVEN.” (Mark 12:25 HCSB) “NOR CAN THEY DIE ANYMORE, for THEY ARE EQUAL TO THE ANGELS AND ARE SONS OF GOD, being sons of the resurrection.” (Luke 20:36)

“For THERE ARE EUNUCHS WHO WERE BORN THUS FROM THEIR MOTHER’S WOMB, and there are eunuchs who were made eunuchs by men, and there are eunuchs who have made themselves EUNUCHS FOR THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN’S SAKE. He who is able to accept it, let him accept it.” (Matthew 19:12)

“HE IS NOT GOD OF THE DEAD BUT OF THE LIVING. You are badly deceived.” (Mark 12:27)

There will come a point when we will NOT die anymore, as an Angel and a Son of God…

“Jesus told them, ‘The sons of this age marry and are given in marriage. But those who are counted worthy to take part in that age and in the resurrection from the dead neither marry nor are given in marriage. “He who overcomes, I will make him a pillar in the temple of My God, AND HE SHALL GO OUT NO MORE…” (Rev 3:12)

Angels (Messengers) of God mysteriously come and go...

“Then he dreamed, and behold, A LADDER WAS SET UP ON THE EARTH, AND ITS TOP REACHED TO HEAVEN; and there the ANGELS OF GOD WERE ASCENDING AND DESCENDING ON IT. And behold, the LORD stood above it and said: ‘I am the LORD God of Abraham your father and the God of Isaac; the land on which you lie I will give to you and your descendants. Also your descendants shall be as the dust of the earth; you shall spread abroad to the west and the east, to the north and the south; and in you and in your seed all the families of the earth shall be blessed. Behold, I AM WITH YOU AND WILL KEEP YOU WHEREVER YOU GO, AND WILL BRING YOU BACK TO THIS LAND; FOR I WILL NOT LEAVE YOU UNTIL I HAVE DONE WHAT I HAVE SPOKEN TO YOU.’” (Gen 28:12-15)

Angels are the Army of God! They are the Locusts, the executors of His Word.

Angels as Men…

“Now the TWO ANGELS CAME TO SODOM in the evening, and Lot was sitting in the gate of Sodom. When Lot saw them, he rose to meet them, and he bowed himself with his face toward the ground.” (Gen 19:1) “Then THE MEN SAID TO LOT, ‘Have you anyone else here? Son-in-law, your sons, your daughters, and whomever you have in the city—take them out of this place!’” (Gen 19:12)

Protectors, keepers of God’s plan…

“When the morning dawned, the angels urged Lot to hurry, saying, ‘Arise, take your wife and your two daughters who are here, lest you be consumed in the punishment of the city.’” (Gen 19:15)

“Then he blessed Joseph and said: The God before whom my fathers Abraham and Isaac walked, the God who has been my shepherd all my life to this day, THE ANGEL WHO HAS REDEEMED ME FROM ALL HARM — MAY HE BLESS THESE BOYS. Egypt…

“the day he displayed his signs in Egypt…” (Psalm 78:43)

“He turned their river into blood; they could not drink from their streams. He sent swarms of flies that devoured them, and frogs that devastated them. He gave their crops to the grasshopper, their produce to the locust. He destroyed their vines with hail and their sycamore-figs with sleet. He gave over their cattle to the hail, their livestock to bolts of lightning.” (Psalm 78:44-48) “He unleashed against them his hot anger, his wrath, indignation and hostility—A BAND OF DESTROYING ANGELS. He prepared a path for his anger; he did not spare them from death but gave them over to the plague. He struck down all the firstborn of Egypt, the firstfruits of manhood in the tents of Ham.” (Psalm 78:49-51)

They ALWAYS do HIS bidding…

“no harm will overtake you, no disaster will come near your tent. For HE WILL COMMAND HIS ANGELS CONCERNING YOU TO GUARD YOU IN ALL YOUR WAYS; they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.” (Psalm 91:10-12)

“The LORD has established his throne in heaven, and his kingdom rules over all. Praise the LORD, you HIS ANGELS, YOU MIGHTY ONES WHO DO HIS BIDDING, WHO OBEY HIS WORD.” (Psalm 103:19-20)

Christ’s Angels…

“THE SON OF MAN WILL SEND OUT HIS ANGELS, and they will gather out of His kingdom all things that offend, and those who practice lawlessness…” (Matthew 13:41)

“So it will be at the end of the age. THE ANGELS WILL COME FORTH, SEPARATE THE WICKED FROM AMONG THE JUST, AND CAST THEM INTO THE FURNACE OF FIRE. There will be wailing and gnashing of teeth.” (Matthew 13:49-50)

False humility and the unknown…

“Let no one cheat you of your reward, taking delight IN FALSE HUMILITY AND WORSHIP OF ANGELS, INTRUDING INTO THOSE THINGS WHICH HE HAS NOT SEEN, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind…” (Col 2:18)

BETTER THAN THE ANGELS…

“having become so much BETTER THAN THE ANGELS, as He has by inheritance obtained A MORE EXCELLENT NAME THAN THEY.” (Heb 1:4)

“For TO WHICH OF THE ANGELS DID HE EVER SAY: ‘YOU ARE MY SON, Today I have begotten You’? And again: ‘I will be to Him a Father, And He shall be to Me a Son’?” (Heb 1:5)

“And will be a Father unto you, and YE SHALL BE MY SONS AND DAUGHTERS, saith the Lord Almighty.” (2 Corinthians 6:18, KJV)

We will be “sons and daughters” of the Father!

“Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave THE RIGHT TO BECOME CHILDREN OF GOD.” (John 1:12, NIV)

“Beloved, now WE ARE CHILDREN OF GOD; AND IT HAS NOT YET BEEN REVEALED WHAT WE SHALL BE, but we know that WHEN HE IS REVEALED, WE SHALL BE LIKE HIM, for we shall see Him as He is.” (1 John 3:2)

Angels are Christ’s Companions…

“DO NOT FORGET TO ENTERTAIN STRANGERS, FOR BY SO DOING SOME HAVE UNWITTINGLY ENTERTAINED ANGELS.” (Heb 13:2)

Angels (Messengers) who sinned...

“For if GOD DID NOT SPARE THE ANGELS WHO SINNED, but cast them down to hell and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved for judgment…” (2 Peter 2:4)

Seven (complete) Angels (Messengers)

“Then I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvelous: SEVEN ANGELS HAVING THE SEVEN LAST PLAGUES, for in them the wrath of God is complete.” (Rev 15:1)

“…for IN THEM the wrath of God is complete.” (Rev 15:1)

“And out of the temple came THE SEVEN ANGELS HAVING THE SEVEN PLAGUES, clothed in pure bright linen, and having their chests girded with golden bands. Then one of the four living creatures gave to the seven angels seven golden bowls full of the wrath of God who lives forever and ever. The temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God and from His power, and NO ONE WAS ABLE TO ENTER THE TEMPLE TILL THE SEVEN PLAGUES OF THE SEVEN ANGELS WERE COMPLETED.” (Rev 15:6-8)

Angel that talked with me…

“Then ONE OF THE SEVEN ANGELS WHO HAD THE SEVEN BOWLS FILLED WITH THE SEVEN LAST PLAGUES CAME TO ME AND TALKED WITH ME, saying, ‘Come, I will show you the bride, the Lamb’s wife.’” (Rev 21:9)

“Also she had a great and high wall with TWELVE GATES, AND TWELVE ANGELS AT THE GATES, and names written on them, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel…” (Rev 21:12)

FALLEN ANGELS?

In case you haven’t figured it out yet, WE ARE THE FALLEN ANGELS (MESSENGERS)!!! We left our first estate (Garden of Eden).

“Then He will also say to those on the left hand, ‘Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting (αἰώνιον) fire prepared for THE DEVIL AND HIS ANGELS…’” (Matthew 25:41)

Look again… “…PREPARED FOR THE DEVIL AND HIS ANGELS…” !!!

It is prepared for the Devil and his Angels, NO ONE ELSE! God does NOT prepare a place for one thing and then, by mistake, thwarting the very plan of God – it gets filled with something else?!! RIDICULOUS!! The Great Dragon/Satan (our lust) and WE the BEAST both have 7 heads and 10 horns because we are cast from the SAME MOLD!!

“And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and BEHOLD A GREAT RED DRAGON, HAVING SEVEN HEADS AND TEN HORNS, and seven crowns upon his heads.” (Rev 12:3) “…and saw A BEAST rise up out of the sea, HAVING SEVEN HEADS AND TEN HORNS, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.” (Rev 13:1)

The Children of God

“Beloved, now WE ARE CHILDREN OF GOD; AND IT HAS NOT YET BEEN REVEALED WHAT WE SHALL BE, but we know that WHEN HE IS REVEALED, WE SHALL BE LIKE HIM, for we shall see Him as He is.” (1 John 3:2)
